Growing companies is what I love to do. I've spent over 25 years in the web and digital marketing space planning, designing, and developing websites and digital marketing strategies for companies of all sizes and industries. I run HireAWiz, an award-winning digital marketing agency, and I also built My Web Audit, a software startup that serves hundreds of companies across the world. My team has developed websites and platforms used by millions of people across the United States and overseas — work that has consistently turned digital presence into measurable business growth.

I've had the privilege of consulting, advising, and developing websites for organizations like Cox Communications, General Dynamics, Central Arizona Project, and the U.S. Attorney's Office. But some of my most rewarding work has been helping small businesses outgrow their competition. Todd Whittaker Drywall climbed from a Top 500 to a Top 100 home remodeling company during the years I've worked with them. For the team at EveryoneLovesButtons, we developed the CustomButtons.com brand as part of a broader strategy to increase their visibility and grow the business. That strategy helped them expand well beyond their Arizona customer base and build brand recognition on a national level.

I also have deep roots in the nonprofit sector. My agency has developed websites and marketing for nonprofits across Arizona, including grant management systems that process and report on tens of millions of dollars in federal funding. I've also volunteered my time consulting for organizations like the National PTA and Cure.org on their website and digital strategy. Beyond client work, in just the last decade, I've personally invested — along with our company — thousands of hours in consulting and volunteering and hundreds of thousands of dollars to support the local, national, and global missions of numerous faith-based organizations, nonprofits, and NGOs.

My experience extends into government as well. I designed and developed websites for the Arizona Governor's office and its divisions, including an office intranet, online applications to track and report state funds, a content management system, and reporting systems used by over 40 state agencies. That range of experience — from startups to government — shapes how I approach every project: with a focus on accountability, strategy, and results.
